1. Who we are

RadiuHrvatskoj("we", "us", "our") is a recruitment agency that connects candidates with employers in Croatia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you apply for a job through our website, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What data we collect

When you apply for a position, we collect:

• Contact details: full name, phone number
• Your CV/resume, or, if you apply without a CV, the details you enter directly: age, languages spoken, work experience, and certifications
• A profile photo, if you choose to provide one
• Your availability (the date you can start), and the job(s) you applied to
• Any notes or status updates our staff add while processing your application

3. Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use this data to evaluate your application, match you with suitable roles, and introduce you to the employer(s) you apply to. This processing is generally based on the steps necessary to consider you for a role at your own request. Where we ask for your explicit consent — for example, to share your CV with a specific employer, or to keep your profile on file for future opportunities — we only use your data for that purpose, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share your application details and CV with the employer(s) you are being considered for. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any other third party except the service providers that help us operate (such as our database and hosting providers), who process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your application data for as long as needed to consider you for the role(s) you applied to, and for up to 12 months afterward in case a suitable opportunity arises, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you've agreed to be considered for future roles, we may keep your profile on file for longer than 12 months, until you withdraw that consent.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Stop processing your data, or withdraw a consent you previously gave
• Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
